– Belvedere Square brings back “Summer Sounds” for its fourteenth season –

With a festive atmosphere featuring live music from the region’s most popular and emerging bands and with special dining options from the restaurants and Market merchants of Belvedere Square, “Summer Sounds at the Square” has become the place to be on Friday nights, May 26 through September 8, in north Baltimore. The series is free and open to the public.

NEW this year: Face painting in the Kids Zone! Also, on select nights the Maryland Book Bank book mobile will be parked in the Kids Zone offering free books to children! Children are welcome aboard the book mobile to choose a book of choice for free. Find the book mobile at the concerts on June 9, June 30, July 21, August 11, and August 8. There’s something for everyone at the Square this summer!

Belvedere Square restaurants and Market food merchants will provide a wide range of scrumptious treats and beverages made on site and perfect for outdoor dining. Also, local non-profits and community organizations such as the Govans Branch of the Enoch Pratt Library will be on site on specific dates.

NOTES:

During concerts East Belvedere between the 500 and 600 blocks will be closed. Concerts will be cancelled if it rains. Updates will be posted on Facebook. Food, coolers, and alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the concert site. For the safety of all our guests, skateboards, scooters, bikes, and hover boards are not allowed. Guests are urged to park with care in the community. Use parking lots when possible.
