Becoming an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) is a true achievement in the property management industry. The AMO® designation is granted by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).to fewer than 550 management firms worldwide, and it demonstrates that Premier meets the very highest standards of integrity, financial stability, and professionalism. To become an Accredited Management Organization a company must have extensive documented experience managing commercial property, must undergo a rigorous review of their accounting standards, insurance coverage, policies and practices, and must stand up to deep reference checking. Additionally, the senior staff must be Certified Property Managers – a designation that takes years of classes, industry knowledge testing, and verified experience to obtain.
